Cars blowing through crosswalk near school in Hamilton Heights

Every morning at drop-off, drivers run the crosswalk at this corner in Hamilton Heights while kids and parents are trying to cross. There is no crossing guard and the light timing is too short. We have had two near-misses this month. Requesting a crossing guard during school hours and enforcement of the no-turn-on-red. This is a safety emergency waiting to happen.
