Repeated power outages in Washington Heights

Our block around 181st and St. Nicholas has lost power four times in the past two weeks, usually in the evening for an hour or two. Food in the fridge keeps spoiling and people who work from home are losing pay. Con Ed keeps saying it is "under investigation." Are other buildings in the neighborhood seeing the same thing? Trying to figure out if this is the whole grid segment.
