Broken swings and exposed bolts at Reservoir Park

Two swings at the Reservoir Park playground have snapped chains hanging loose, and there is an exposed bolt on the slide platform where a cap popped off. Lots of little kids play here on weekends. Taping it off would help until Parks can repair it.
