Harbour voltage swings spoiling cold-storage stock

Cold-storage and ice units near the fishing harbour report severe voltage swings this month that trip compressors and spoil stock, a direct loss for the fishing trade. APEPDCL logs the calls but swings continue. Are other harbour-feeder units affected? Trying to show the feeder needs stabilising.
