Illegal dumping along the Monongahela riverbank in Hazelwood

Someone has been dumping construction debris and old tires down the embankment toward the Monongahela River near the Hazelwood Green trail access. It is washing toward the water with every rain. This is both an eyesore and a real pollution hazard for the river.
