Recycling skipped two weeks running on the North Side

The recycling totes on our North Side street have been skipped two collection days in a row while garbage gets taken. Totes are out the night before in the right spot. Now bins overflow and recycling blows around the block. Logged it with the city and got a ticket number. Anyone else nearby seeing recycling skipped, or is it just our route?
