Brown, discolored tap water in Black Rock

For the last several days the cold tap has been running brown or rusty in our part of Black Rock, sometimes clearing after a few minutes and sometimes not. A few neighbors are seeing it too. The Water Board mentioned hydrant flushing in the area, but it has gone on longer than expected and people are nervous about drinking it. Asking for a clear answer on whether it is safe and when it will clear. Collecting reports by street to show how widespread it is.
